Our Services

PMK Event Organizers provides event planning and management services, including weddings, entries, stage and varmala decor, entry passages, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events. The exact scope of any project is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Enquiries and Quotations

Any quotation we share is based on the details you provide and is valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices may change if your requirements, guest count, dates or venue change.

Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance amount is received
• The balance is payable as per the schedule agreed in your booking confirmation
• Any additional work requested during the event may be charged separately

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, timelines and venue access
• Obtain any permissions required at the venue
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Liability

We take great care in delivering every event. However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors or force majeure events.

Photography and Media

We may photograph our setups and decor for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer that images from your event are not used, please let us know in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.
